LeafFrog Solutions Appoints
Duff Scudder as Chief Financial

Fairfax, Va. —May 8, 2013LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. (LFS), a marketing communications management firm,announced that Duff Scudder has been appointed chief financial officer. Scudder will be responsible for the company’s day-to-day financial operations as well as developing long-term growth strategies.

“Duff Scudder brings a wealth of financial and accounting experience with government, private and public companies and nonprofit organizations to LeapFrog Solutions,” said company CEO Lisa Martin. “His expertise as a financial consultant and corporate controller will serve the needs of the company as well as our government and commercial clients.”  

Scudder, who has more than 30 years experience in accounting and financial management, is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. Prior to joining LFS, he was a financial consultant for SNVC. He has held senior financial positions with TC Associates, Telarix, Inc., Capital Aviation and VCampus Corp.  

Scudder earned his B.S. degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the American Society of CPAs and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
