Over the next years and decades, it is the vision of Chamber member companies that the Northern Virginia region will be viewed regionally and nationally as a location to start and grow leading edge business organizations in commercial industries.

To that end, the Chamber’s Entrepreneurship Council promotes, enhances and facilitates the growth of entrepreneurial organizations through networking, education, industry information and advocacy for favorable corporate environments.

This Council, new in 2013, is the product of more than a year of focus groups with regional entrepreneurs about how to best serve this constituency. Areas of focus for 2013 will be: Business Planning, Marketing, Tech Transfer, Fundraising, Finance & Legal, and more.
