“The value of our firm’s membership with the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce emanates through the involvement of many professionals within Grant Thornton in the Chamber’s activities. We strive to align professionals in our firm with the various activities of the Chamber to help with their own personal and professional development while helping to drive the Chamber’s  various agendas, whether they are spurring the development of women professionals, helping companies do business internationally, working more effectively with government customers or advocating on behalf of businesses in Fairfax County in Richmond and in the county government. We in turn believe our association with the Fairfax Chamber generates substantial brand awareness of our firm through this relationship.”
- Rich LaFleur, Managing Partner, Grant Thornton, LLP

"Cardinal Bank is pleased to be a long-standing member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. The chamber offers our employees and teammates the opportunity to be involved, participate in our community, and assists in professional development. The chambers’ access to the business community and many outstanding programs makes Cardinal Bank proud to be associated with such an organization, as the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce."
- Kevin Reynolds, President, Cardinal Bank
“The Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce networking events have been a valuable forum for United Way of the National Capital Area to make new connections and raise awareness of our mission. United Way has always been a great ally to the business community; providing the expertise and connections to help organizations develop or enhance their social responsibility missions. Thanks to the Chamber, many of the business leaders we have met have become key partners in our work to mobilize people and resources to address issues affecting the Fairfax County community.”
- Bill Hanbury, CEO, United Way National Capital Area
"Please inform your Board of Directors that this was the best Chamber event (any Chamber) that I have ever attended. It actually helped my business! Your staff conducted effective registrations, the 15-minute one-on-one meetings with client contracting officers was very valuable, powerful clients attended and were willing to talk with industry, Col. Blixt was clear in his message, the two information sessions were helpful, the session on marketing to the intelligence community featured a prominent small business advocate from INSCOM, the Fort Belvoir Officers Club was attractive and efficient, the food was good, the NGA Director had beneficial hand-outs, 18,000 people will relocate there and a huge market benefit is occurring before our eyes. Congratulations to you and your very competent and capable staff for executing an excellent program."
- Tanya C. Matthews, FAIC, DBIA, President, TMG Construction Corporation

"I have been an active Chamber member since 1996. Upon joining I became immediately involved in a number of committees and the result was phenomenal: over half of my revenue was generated by Chamber member connections. Since that time LeapFrog Solutions has more than quadrupled in size and gives credit to the Chamber for winning its largest government contract to date. This was the result of a re-introduction to a contracting officer at the GovCon Symposium. Would I recommend the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce? Absolutely!!"
- Lisa Martin, President & CEO, LeapFrog Solutions, Inc.

"Originally, I joined the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce because I was new to the business community and had just assumed my duties as the Director of the University of Virginia's Northern Virginia Center in Falls Church. The Chamber almost immediately thrust me into many of the major businesses in the region, and I was able to better serve as liaison between Northern Virginia and Charlottesville. Frankly, no other organization had the bandwidth to do that at the time. After retiring from the University, I started my own business and had to start anew to rebrand myself and my new business. In less than a year, with the help of the Chamber, I was able to accomplish a transition that would have taken far longer without such help. The secret, I have determined, is engagement. I have served on any number of committees including membership, the power of partnership and a host of others-all of which allowed me to serve the Chamber while at the same time being served by the Chamber. It's been a great relationship. The cost of membership has been one of the best investments I've made."
